Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, please email us for a return form. Once you have your return code, you must mail your product to our return address.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you need a refund and it is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
