Shipping Policies

Through our online store, we only have home delivery within the following established times:

Shipping method: Express, Delivery time: 3-5 business days

Shipping method: Express, Delivery time: 1-3 Business days

*Shipping costs will be defined at the time of checkout.

Orders may be delayed during promotional periods and high seasons, we greatly appreciate your understanding. Any order shipped after 12 pm CST will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping

Vicari.mx also offers service inside and outside the Mexican Republic.
Order confirmation on the way
Once your order has been processed and is on its way to your address, you will receive a confirmation email with an order tracking number.

Track Order

You can check the status of your order directly in your account, once the order is in the shipping process we will send you a confirmation email with the order tracking, besides too, you can enter with your account to our site where you will find the order information to be able to track it.

In order to proceed with any inconvenience with your delivery, it is important that you consider the following terms:

How long does it take to update a report with the messenger?

All reports generated by the messenger have a minimum response time of 72 hours. working days, depending on the type of incident.

How much time do I have to report a shortage in my order?
In case your order has arrived incomplete, we ask you to immediately notify our Customer Service maximum twenty-four (24) calendar hours after receiving your order, by sending an email to contacto@vicari.mx with the following information:

Photograph of the guide attached to the packaging.Photograph of the outer packaging showing the entire box / bag.
Photograph of the inner packaging, showing the entire box (if your package arrived in a bag, it does not apply).
Photographs of content damage. Photographs showing the signs of violation, (in cases of theft).
All photographs must be clear for your report to proceed.
This is a maximum of twenty-four (24) calendar hours after having received your order, once this term has expired, the product will be deemed to have been tacitly accepted.

What to do if my order was delivered, but I don't have it?

In case you do not recognize the delivery of your package, it is very important that you report it immediately to us so that we can follow up with our courier. This must be within 5 business days of the delivery date. After this time, we can follow up, however, the response time may take up to 15 business days and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the couriers.
