Orders processed in the Mexican Republic will take between 5 to 7 business days to arrive. International shipments can take between 7 to 16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We make national and international shipments.
In the event that your order does not arrive at the registered address, you should contact the parcel company that is performing the service.
In the event that the parcel asks you to contact the supplier (in this case VICARI.MX) you must send us an email to email@example.com so that we can support you in recovering your order
You must contact us through the mail firstname.lastname@example.org and send your purchase confirmation with your order number in order to review your case and support you as soon as possible.
National shipments are free. International shipments will be fixed according to the location and available parcel.
All our pieces are 925 silver with rhodium finish.
A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent to your confirmation email after your order has shipped.
If you don't know your ring size, consult our size guide, once you have your size, select it in the size section in the model you want to choose, in case your size is not available, remember that all our rings can be enlarged or reduced up to 2 sizes.
To do this, select the ring size closest to yours and in the next section sellect the necessary reduction or increase.
For example: If you are a size 4, but your size is not available, select size 5 and in the next option, select to reduce 1 size. Remember that the option is free.
If you are allergic to silver or have had allergic reactions to silver, vicari is the option for you since our merchandise is free of heavy metals (which cause most allergies) and also has with a rhodium coating (the same finish as white gold) making our merchandise hypoallergenic.
One of the advantages of buying Vicari is that due to the quality of our pieces and the use of rhodium our merchandise does not oxidize or turn black, but it can get dirty from daily use (generally the use of creams, sunscreens or natural body fat). Fortunately, this is superficial dirt that can be removed very easily. Place hot water and 1 drop of detergent soap (for washing dishes) in a container, let it rest for 15 minutes and rub gently with a toothbrush to remove dirt. Rinse with water and dry your piece with a size. After this, your piece should be like the day you bought it. Sometimes the stains are a bit more difficult, in that case, you can repeat the process.
